Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Then, attach the booking fee and provide complete information to secure your spot and room reservation. Thank you!
The booking fee is RM300 per person/per course. This fee is non-refundable but transferable and is valid until 15/11/2024.
Package prices do not include Marine Park fees or public holidays in Singapore and Malaysia. Please purchase your ferry tickets separately.
The balance payment must be settled 7 days before arrival.
Any changes or cancellations to dates or rooms must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, the booking fee will be used to cover hotel penalties.
- Please be advised that if the number of occupants in the room does not correspond to the designated capacity, additional charges in the form of an empty slot fee will apply.
Please notify us if you are:
A) 45 years old and above
B) Under 45 years old but have had any physical/mental health issues within the past year We will provide you with a PADI Health Declaration form, which requires a doctor's signature and stamp. Failure to provide this original document may result in refusal to participate in the course. Click here for the Form.
General
The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that https://www.tiomandivebuddy.com/ have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, https://www.tiomandivebuddy.com/ will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://www.tiomandivebuddy.com/. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://www.tiomandivebuddy.com/ may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Items in stock: 2-5 working days for Standard Delivery items. Items that are out of stock: Please email or call us for assistance.
Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.
Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the start date of the PADI course or package, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at tiomandivebuddy@gmail.com.
Once the cancellation request is received, a refund will be initiated. We advise submitting a cancellation request at least 30 days before the scheduled start date to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
Refund Policy
The following are the policies to be eligible for a refund:
Non-refundable Bookings:
All bookings are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- Wrong Arrival Date: If you mistakenly booked the wrong arrival date.
- Unawareness of Fully Booked Days: If you did not see our notice indicating which days are fully booked.
- Cancellation 7 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date of the course or package.
- Service Cancellation by Us: If we have to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered for bookings made directly through the Tioman Dive Buddy website www.tiomandivebuddy.com or any TDB customer service.
Refund Amount:
For bookings made through our website, only 90% of the total amount will be refunded, with a 10% fee deducted.
Refund Request Requirements:
The request must be made within 7 days of the scheduled start date.
Proof of booking (booking confirmation and payment receipt) must be provided.
Change of Booking and Cancellation
Changes to bookings and cancellations will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed, except under the circumstances outlined above. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject any refund requests that are deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Refund Process
Your refund will be issued once we have reviewed and approved your request. A 10% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
The method of refund will depend on your original payment method:
- Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited to your bank account via online bank transfer, typically within 3-5 working days.
- Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the card-issuing bank.

Fun Dive Package Price Adjustment Policy
Please note that Fun Dive package prices may be subject to change if there is an increase in the price of RON95 fuel. The following terms and conditions apply:
Deposits and Price Changes:
If a deposit has been made but the scheduled date of the Fun Dive coincides with a RON95 fuel price increase, the package price will be adjusted accordingly. The balance payment will reflect the new, higher rate.Full Payment:
For customers who have made full payment prior to any RON95 price increase, the original package price will be honored, and no additional charges will apply.
